I was finally able to contact seller, actually the seller contacted me and was able to resolve the issue. I made a mistake with the order (was an idiot mistake for not reading the description) and cancelled it right away but apparently there was a glitch unaware to both of us where it did not cancel and I was unable to contact seller because of that glitch. Still not able to contact seller via regular route though and hopefully seller can have eBay check that out.
