The original order was for black mats, but the buyer later requested a custom configuration not included in our standard offerings. To accommodate, we sent two sets of dark blue custom mats as per the buyer’s request. Despite our efforts, the buyer is still unhappy and is now requesting a product that doesn’t exist in the market. We strive to meet our customers' needs and regret that we couldn't fully satisfy this unique request.
