The buyer claimed they received an empty envelope. After a Royal Mail investigation and proving delivery of a digital scanned weight (which was exactly as it should be) and the Post Office receipt digital weight matching the buyer was told that the items were delivered. He has left this malicious feedback in retaliation, as well as several abusive messages which we have had to report.
