The seller was communicative and quick in delivery. No complaints there - they were very good. HOWEVER, the NLS product itself seems to have taken a backstep. It no longer sinks as it states on the pack. These are the 3.5 mm pellets ('large') and always used to sink perfectly. The shape has also changed and it is no longer round but has squarish edges. Sinking is important as I feed fantail goldfish with this food and if they're eating non-sinking pellets and get the lethal swim bladder issues.!
