I took this to mean minor wear on the screen surface/mild discoloration/etc. It was a huge patch of dead pixels, clearly visible with the screen on. And when I contacted them, I got "we'll get back to you Mon", which they didn't. Tues I tried again: got brushed off/an excuse. Then, they went silent for days. *After* they got it back, they sent another excuse. Got a refund so 2 stars instead of 1 for that I guess
