My son ordered more bases than he wanted on my account and when I requested help with the order the seller was unwilling to help. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the person I dealt with as they seemed completely unwilling to help resolve the matter. This seller offered poor service to help me resolve an issue.

The shipment was already processed and packed. Your son did not send a cancellation form but a message demanding something that was not in the listing. Your son wrote us that he notified his bank that this transaction is a scam and that we will not get his money. In that case we withdrew waiting for ebay and the bank to react. Then your son opened a false return case as a reason citing damaged items - the photo shows damage done by him intentionally to force a refund at the seller's expense.
