Strange behaviour..item never arrived so I made contact.
They refunded me, but with a message saying that they know it had been delivered so making out I was being dishonest.
I asked for a POD/photo and they just sent me another sarcastic message saying to stay happy!
Never had issues before from anyone.
If the item does appear I will let them know.
Very quick to say that I am a liar without looking into it, I would have at least contacted the courier.

Still haven't received it they've offered a refund which I haven't received plus it most certainly hasn't been delivered at all.. I can't even track it as just says courier 24hours was told id receive it by 16th may hasn't came they have messaged. Bk offering refund but when I replied I've just been totally ignored
