received very quickly - looks brand new but a little disappointed as looks self published. Not sure how well the pages will last in the kitchen as look like if they get wet, the ink will all run as if come off a home printer. Also, the text was very large and had hardly any margins so looks like inexperienced person set it out and an amateur book.
