Customer ordered wrong size. insisted we made wrong however requested larger size for replacement. I suggested sizes be confirmed with a jeweler for accuracy and I also offered replacement or full refund upon return receipt seems she expected both? I gave a full refund immediately when returned. This could have been resolved quickly and easily without eBay. All purchases are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Excellent Valkyrie silver ring. It was just as described and actual ring looks better than the picture. It is a large and heavy ring and was made to the correct size. Shipping didn't take all that long considering it was handmade in Thailand. All five stars.
