The seller listed the item as 18K SOLID GOLD I got it tested by two different jewelers and it was in fact GOLD PLATED. The seller refused to send me a USPS or UPS Label to return the item.

My purchase was delivered on time. Although it did not really resemble the seller's advertised photograph, it is far finer than I anticipated and shorter, it would probably only fit a small child.

The bracelet is exactly as described with close up images, models wearing the bracelet and I have started to include images of the bracelet from pervious customer orders - no complaints!
I dont know what you expected but you purchased the item and I fulfilled your order, it is the exact dimensions 18cm - I dont believe a child's bracelet is 18cm! Note I do take pictures of the items prior to sending in case of bad customers and scammers. I have an image of this order and its the same!
