Although after a long wait the refund for this shower gel was eventually issued with the accompanying comment from the seller that “they would have liked to resend a replacement but cannot as this specific shower gel is out of stock “ it actually still shows as available for purchase on their list of sale items. I did point this out to the seller, however they decided to ignore this. My question to the seller is: what is the actual point of listing an item for sale that is out of stock?
