I contacted the seller to give her an opportunity to make things right, but she was extremely unpleasant. Apparently, she thought a picture showing the length of the thick? Thin? rubber on a ruler should have been enough to tell me that the boots weren’t an 8 or a 9, as she had written. WORST seller I’ve encountered in over 20 years. Then she sends me a bizarre message about how the L on the bottom of the shoe could be a seven and that maybe the tag was switched. I wear a size 9 these shoes fit me just fine. She just wanted a free pair of shoes and then left abusive feedback to hurt me as a small seller. Look at my Feedback history I am not the worst seller on eBay by any stretch of the imagination
