I buy the book, they say they it sold out and ask if I want a refund. I say yes. They then say they will send the book. They say the book arrived, it in no way shape or form arrived. I let them know, they ask if I want the book again or a refund. I ask for a refund. They send me two emails saying they will A. Send the book, B. Refund me. Neither happens. They now say the book arrived, after it didn't. Ebay had to step in to refund me. I hope you go out of business.
