The seller failed to declare that the pen was engraved with initials of previous owner.
Despite specific agreement that the pen be sent by express post it wasn’t and neither was tracking paid for. To the sellers credit they refunded postage.
Failure to declare engraving on the pen results in the pen being almost worthless to resell in the future.

Unbelievable feedback. I protected the buyer's interests throughout the entire process, and even refunded the buyer's shipping costs due to the courier company's error. The signature on the pen cap is clearly visible in the photos, and the pen was sold for much less than the market price.
