Our picture and product description shows the tube is not included . we didn't make mistake. if you are not satisfied with it, we could pay you lable to return and refund. but telling lie here doesn't work. If it is our mistake, we will ake responsibility. you said"Now what I need to search for the bloody bulbs? Why do you put a picture WITH the bulbs, but sell it without??? This is scam. Send me the rest, or I will report it." it is really not fair!!
