The item was in box but box was crinkled with a small piece of plastic wrap around it, NOT NEW IN BOX. and the button that keeps the compact closed shut is broken so it does not stay shut, thus negating the use of having a compact one can take around in ones purse.

Item is boxed and sealed as pictured, and was sold for half the price. Customer was asked to return the item, if he/ she does not like it, but instead demanded a replacement, which unfortunately we don't have...Thank you for your business
