This diffuser that I ordered I was told that it will fit my vehicle it didn’t and I had to cut a piece from it to make it fit and it still don’t fit on my car nicely and when I received it, it had lots of scratches and the clear coating that they use is very cheap and as far as delivering my item they took more than 3 weeks

The buyer ordered on April 27th (on ebay record), he said it should be delivered on April 27th. How could it be? We told him our company has 5 days from May 1st to May 5th (Labor day), he wanted it ship before May 15th, we successfully made it on May 14th. He said it has scratches, why not contacted with us when he receive it, but he still used it, then said it has scratches.
Let every customer knows clearly.
