They were a wonderful seller, the item was in perfect condition and they went above and beyond when we picked the item up in person, going so far to load it for us and show us how everything worked. If you need a knee scooter or are having foot, ankle or knee surgery this is the item you need it is amazing!!!

I opted to send my wife for local pickup of my Tuffcare all-terrain seated scooter at the Anaheim warehouse but it didn’t have all its parts. I messaged them and they sent their truck to deliver an entirely assembled scooter to me at my home the very next morning. Very much appreciated now that I can’t drive! Thanks, Tuffcare! I haven’t had a chance to take it for a spin outside yet but inside it lives up to its SMOOTH label. Buy with confidence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
