The tracking has no update 13 days already and I ask for help from seller, but they just said the shipment is in your country, they cannot help! What a horrible shopping experience !!!!!

We have no control over the speed of the customs service in China or your mail service. Tracking can only be updated when your country provides usps with information which they have not. This is pretty common and the parcel probably wont have updated tracking info until your postal service delivers the parcel. Not sure what you expect us to do. This is an issue on your end in your country.
