I was disappointed in the condition of one of the two boxes, not the shipping box, but the original equipment box. It looked like it had been treated roughly. The Quick Startup instruction booklet was missing. I understand these were “open box” items, but I expected everything original to the items to be included. There wasn’t a mention that pieces would be missing.

Terrible seller. Listed as brand new so I bought 3. Contacted the seller to give him a chance to make it right. Not helpful at all. See the pictures to see what the seller described as “brand new”.
