Item is absolutely horrible and cheap. When buying aftermarket item one knows the quality of the item will be lower then oem but this wing I bought was actually cut unevenly, so you can clearly see the uneven cut in the whole edge. I do want to disclose the seller offered a refund if I send back the item. Problem is I don't have a box and this is a trunk spoiler so it is long and thin, I can't find a proper box and if it gets damaged on the way back for unproper packing I will not get my money

Hi there, first of all, if you don't like the item for any reason, like the quality in this case, we provided a free return label immediately. But we have Never told you that we won't refund your money if the item was returned in unproper packaging. Disregard the fact that you can simply get a return package with proper size in the UPS office, if you have confusion about the return process, you can simply contact us instead of leaving the neg feedback here which won't help resolve any issues.

Sorry to say but I just bought some side windows visors . They gave me the wrong ones it’s was for a 2019 Lexus is 300 f sport and they gave me a 2013 Lexus is window visors. So I want my money back or give the right ones
