Item arrived and seemed fine. Just what my daughter wanted. Daddy applied it who you to apply vinyl for a living and within a day bits had fallen off. Contacted seller who asked what I'd like them to do. I asked for a replacement and have had no response or received a replacement. The marie vinyl sticker has now virtually completely fallen off my daughters cup

There are many reasons this would fail and usually it is application issues like not cleaning the surface first or washing the item incorrectly. We did offer a good will replacement but had no response until this negative feedback.
