Seller refuse to sell graphic neoprene mouse mats to US Military serving overseas claiming that they are barred from using the USPS APO/DPO/FPO national system supporting the US Military world wide. I have been an Optics Planet customer for over 20 years but will never do business with them or recommend them ever again in procurement process for US military or Law Enforcement organizations. Hard to see how I.T.A.R.s and DoS would regulate the "export" of graphic mousepads???
