When item arrived wasn’t in original box and no instructions just a note saying use recycled packaging. I immediately contacted seller but have received no reply. I cannot get the Bear to play any of the 15 tunes only the three buttons to talk with a message and would not have purchased it.

Hello, I'm so sorry to not reply on the same day but Mum had a fall back home in Germany & both my sister and I live abroad, so while I waited for my flight to go there I've had to arrange help & care etc which took time. I've just replied to your message - the listing stated clearly the toy came without the box. It also includes a video of the toy playing the tunes and all the tunes it plays in the item description (from the orig. website). Please if broken do return it for a full refund.
