Never got the item. My order was cancelled. They said because of my address? Been purchasing for years on eBay.

Seller charged credit card on 9/15. I inquired of shipping status on 9/18. Seller never replied, except to cancel order on 9/20 sighting problem with shipping address. I use the same shipping address for all ebay with no issues. Between the 15th and 18th, the seller raised the selling price. Long story short, seller realized he/she could get more money for an item that is increasingly out of stock and decided to put the item back into inventory to sell at a higer price.
