Returns:- We hope the goods you order from us will arrive in good condition and be exactly what you expected and ordered. We will gladly accept any returns that are received back in a sellable condition with all packaging and issue a refund of the payment received on its return. Our return policy is 14 calendar days so please act straight away. (we will only pay return postage on faulty items)
MY PRODUCT/S ARRIVES FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO? Please contact us immediately should you find a fault. To save on the lengthy process of returning items and allow us to access the damage/fault we will ask for a photo of the item in the first instance. After this we will then be able to issue a replacement or refund. We may in some cases ask you to return the item, if we do we recommend you obtain a proof of posting receipt, if you do not and we fail to receive the item back we will not be in a position to replace or refund. (A return postage refund will be issued on its arrival)
YOU'VE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO? On the very rare occasion this should happen firstly contact us and explain what items have been sent out incorrectly. We will then identify what should have been sent and confirm this with you, we may ask for a photo of the item and arrange a replacement on receiving it; we may in some cases ask you to return the item, if we do we recommend you obtain a proof of posting receipt, if you do not and we fail to receive the item back we will not be in a position to replace or refund.
