Item took almost 6 weeks to arrive and when it arrived the item was opened not new/factory sealed like the description stated.

We apologize for the time it took for delivery. However, the product you received is a new, unused product, although it has been tested for operation. Our store will not respond to requests for extremely high refunds of 50% just because the package has been opened. It has no morals.
