We sent this item out with another similar item to the buyer's address. USPS did not update tracking until two days before the item was delivered. I attempted to communicate this with the buyer but they did not acknowledge my messages and simply kept demanding that we send the item even though we already had. They did not even give it two weeks. I refunded two days before it was delivered. They received this item for free and still left this feedback.
