The item arrived in extremely poor condition. There was crud in every crevice. The water reservoir (which is screwed in so not easily removable) was heavily stained a dark brown. Just filthy. It was also missing the mug. The description said ‘Open Box’, which eBay describes as “excellent new condition with no wear”. The seller tried to tell me the description said no mug and it had been professionally cleaned. There was not another word in the description! EBay did issue a refund.
