The seller shipped the lens which I purchased as soon as my payment cleared. The lens was packed in a professional manner, and it arrived in its original new-appearing box. It tested out as being in perfect new condition. I’m a happy customer.

Condition not as described. Mount wobbly.
When I raised it, wanted me to send it back and deal with the customs charges I paid myself. Massive inconvenience as I specified before I bought that’s there’s any defects let me know as I need the lens for a trip. Basically mislead and dispatched the lens.
Not buying again.

We received a message from the buyer saying there was a problem, so we requested a return. We also explained that the buyer would receive a full refund. However, the buyer did not request a return and suddenly left a bad review.
