The glasses were packaged poorly - jammed in one box, very tight, close together, without sufficient packing material between the glasses & also around the box perimeter. So any impact to the box during shipment was be transmitted to the glasses & 4 of the 8 came with the stems broken off the bottom. The seller agreed to refund 50% if I kept remaining 4 glasses, but she refunded less than that & wouldn't correct it, so I was forced to accept in order to get the remaining 4 glasses.
