Took more than a week to mail items, no protection ( bubble wrap) added which resulted on all cases being damaged / cracked. No combined S/H either.

Hello you had left negative feedback on our account. I was with my wife she had terminal cancer and i was with her in the hospital and left two young men to run my online account and they did a horrible job. Rest assured I fired them and am now running it myself for the medical bills my wife left behind. Would you trouble yourself to please remove the feedback I can't express how very sorry i am for any inconvience this may have caused I am elderly andwould be so grateful for any help. Thank you
