My ebay account was hacked and item sent to a different state than mine but this seller has offered to send me a new one at my correct address.

This has to be the most insane feedback I have ever seen. If your account was hacked that would be the responsibility of eBay not it's sellers. I have no control over this claim. But yet eBay allows it and has no support for the sellers on this site. Sellers are leaving eBay by the droves as it should be. Small business is dying because of the lack of common sense demonstrated by corporations like eBay.
