I have waited for “new” item to be shipped faster with different shipper after the first one was “lost”, told the seller to package the item thick and carefully so it does not get damaged. Took almost a month from Netherlands to recieve damaged item. I have shipped the item back to seller and paid 8.50€ for shipping, seller did not refund me, even after I provided tracking number, neither returned 8.50€ for return shipping of damaged goods. We already did too much to help you out, send you even a new cover and all we got were bad words and treaths, no kindness, no words of appreciation. Very unpleasant person to deal with. You returned the item, but all we got was an empty damaged box and now you assume we did this on purpose. The item will be refunded as soon as we get the results of the postal investigation.
