A week after my expected delivery date, I contacted the seller. They had closed for vacation (no notice). They also said they may not have all of the fragrances in the lot. I said they could substitute for 2 of them. I also called out one I particularly wanted. I finally got my order, over a month after placing it, & the one I wanted was missing. They said they had included 2 extra bars because of the missing 1. Won't let me return it. Asked to them to send the missing one and was ghosted.

You ordered while we were on vacation and you said you did not mind waiting and you also said it was okay to replace the missing Lilac soap with anything floral which we did.
