Sent me the wrong item, then told me I'd have to ship the wrong item back in order to get the right one. Then turned around and said they will send me a return shipping label for free, but then turned around and said they can't afterall. Worst experience on eBay, and I've been buying for years. I had ordered a shirt but they sent me a game controller instead. In looking over this users reviews, they have done this in the past, so this isn't a one off. Horrible experience!!!!
