More than 30% VAT/ duty/ handling fee - made it not quite as much of a bargain. This should be clear up front. Great product though.

Unfortunately item was incompatible with my lens but Ivy from customer services was very good. Offered tech support on firmware update and when that didn’t work, sent a full refund and Pre paid returns label. Doesn’t get much better than that.
