I purchased this ring with visions of how special it would be when I gave it to my wife on Christmas. I received the ring on December 21st. There was no engraving that I had specifically ordered. I messaged the seller, and they made an excuse and apologized. They offered to pay for postage so they could engrave it, but it was to late. Then they offered partial refund, I accepted. I had messaged them 5 times! They sent the refund to someone else! No attention to detail. Would not recommend

We custom made a beautiful wedding band for this buyer for half the price we would have paid at a retail store. We offer Free Engraving on our orders. Yes, we forgot the engraving. It was Christmas week and we were trying to get all the orders out in time, It was not an excuse, it was the honest truth and an humanly error. We immediately tried to rectify the situation by offering to engrave it. The buyer refused. Instead he accepted a credit back to his account which was issued to HIM on 12/23.
