The item I purchased arrived on time and the contents intact. But I have a couple of queries as follows:
(1). The inner lid of "Hansgrohe Shower Head" box is completely torn off as shown on the photo. The complete Hansgrohe Shower set I purchased was advertised as brand new!
(2). I was sent an extra box of cloth rag which I didn't buy as shown on photo. This could have been a careless mistake!
