The best customer service I've ever came across in the UK. I've accidentally ordered the same legbrace from the company's main website, and they took their time to ring me to make sure I had the right orders. Also, I needed it ASAP, it arrived in less than 36 hours. The legbrace itself is very good quality, worth every penny, helped our dog to recover after her TPLO surgery. Thanks a million! Great item so glad it fits easily onto a harness as my elderly dog has to wear a helpem up harness most of the time the only draw back I have discovered is the velcro holding the brace could be a little longer as my Newfoundland dog has a thick double coat which I didn't take into consideration when measuring him .. thankfully with a bit of a struggle tucking all his fur in i got the brace on and am happy with the fit
