These images are just printed on postcard paper. For a stable diorama you need to glue all prints on support plates (made of cardbox, wood, plastic etc). This fact has not been clearly communicated. I was a little bit disappointed. The packing was superb. Delivery was very fast. German customs office is annoying.

The fact that the item is printed on cardstock is clearly and explicitly stated both in the item specifics AND in the item description, so the buyer's statement that "This fact has not been clearly communicated" is somewhat astonishing. On the contrary: This fact has been very clearly communicated. I guess the info was erroneously ignored by the buyer, which caused an unfair reduction of my DSR (It was the maximum "5" before this transaction, and is "4.8" now, after it).
