Don't buy these lighters! They work for about 2 days then the button gets stuck and you can't push it down to get a flame. Contacted seller about the issue but they were rather unhelpful and defensive. They clearly don't have a high level of customer service hence the feedback.

I think you forgot to mention name calling below and opened a case then closed it all of a sudden? Why, if u know you were right? Guess you realised you had used this and distributed part of it now want to return AFTER YOUR RANT!! ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! This customer is a bully but I would not give in"Go take a long walk off a short plank you egotistical stupid cow. I think you need an intensive training course on customer service!!! Return the lighters at my own cost?? Seriously love, DO ONE!!!"
