Seller kept in touch with me about whats going on and provided tracking numbers, dates and service to drop off the pallet. The seller had no control over the person working the jack lift, but the jack lift dude was pretty disconnected and didn't really help me place it under where i wanted it. He just plopped it and watch me struggle to drag it under my garage haha.
