Item described as working fine but its not working at all. The seller said in the description that the item is working and the assumption is it was tested but upon contacting the seller they said they did not test the item yet they described it as working fine. I cannot use this item and I shipped it to another continent paying duty and shipping costs.

This seller goes the 'extra mile' to make sure the delivery goes as it should. As there is no postal service in South Africa, one needs to use a courier service . eBay's own "Expedited International Shipping' engages with the now defunct SA Postal Service - which results in items being 'lost'. This seller is an exceptionally good communicator and I would highly recommend him.
