Sold shoes that had holes in the heel of both trainers, sent photos but the seller refused to agree as the outside was like new. Unfortunately they only agreed after lots of interrogation via messages. My wife took to charity when I was away, so they were not returned and I lost the money. If the seller had not overly questioned me like I was at fault, things would have been a better experience. At the end of the day, this cost me £35 plus postage to give to charity.

Totally unjustified negative feedback, went out of my way to sort issue, sent 2 messages asking what I can do to resolve issue, didn’t get a response for 2 weeks, when a return request was issued 2 weeks after purchase, offered a full refund once trainers were returned back to me, even purchased a return label at my expense for them to return, then the day after this offer the return request gets cancelled by the buyer, this doesn’t make sense, don’t know what more I could’ve done.
