Although advertised as tested and working, this flash wasn't working when it arrived. It only started firing after I cleaned the battery contacts myself. Since I was able to fix the issue on my own, I haven't needed to pursue this any further, but I do recommend more thorough testing on the seller's part. Otherwise, though, the external condition was as advertised and shipping was smooth, so I am grateful for that. Thank you.
