Not sure who's at fault here, but feel like more could have been done to get me a pair of binoculars I'm a timely manner. Or in this case at all. It's going on 9 days now and no package has been delivered. Tracking has stayed on waiting to receive item, and nothing but being told to wait it out has been done to resolve the situation.

This feedback is against Ebay policy ( ability to control USPS delivery beyond seller's control} because USPS admitted that the lost parcel.
