Buyer purchased the Base model Ghibli brake kit when his vehicle is not a base but a SQ4. To help make things easy for him, an exchange for the more expensive SQ4 brake kit was offered to him at No Extra Cost. We asked he provide return tracking and we would immediately ship him the right parts . Buyer thanked us for the good help, left inaccurate feedback and never provided return tracking. Our focus was to help him correct his own mistake as painlessly as possible. We never asked for a dime.
