Goods arrived ahead of schedule but 3 glass panels were smashed. They were insufficiently packaged. I have had to source the 8 glass panels locally as could not obtain a glass match at a cost of £102. I notified the supplier of the damage but no recompense or reply.

we are so sorry bring you so much trouble,but really can't control the post after they pick up the pacakge,
we send them to you with full foam too ,if the glass shade is broken,you can ask us resend for free,needn't cut it by youself and pay so much money ,
