Didn't include the voec number on the package, therefore had to pay double VAT. Was not willing to cooperate and refund VAT, thought it was ebay's problem.

VAT Collected by eBay, All required documents are included in the parcel by courier required. The buyer can ask more information before paying extra taxes. I am available few time a day. Buyer do not offer cooperate to solve the situation, he try to require refund of VAT only. I am not responsable for VAT taxes.
